OUT OF HOURS CALLS

The Craven, Harrogate & Rural District Primary Care Trust is responsible for the out-of-hours service. They have commissioned TENYAS to operate the service on their behalf. When you ring the surgeries out of hours, your call will be automatically diverted to the TENYAS control centre in York and arrangements will be made for you to be telephoned, attend a primary care centre in either Ripon, Northallerton or Harrogate or visited at home.

DISABLED ACCESS

Parking is available directly outside both surgeries. The surgeries are accessible to the disabled, including wheelchair users.
