OBTAIN REPEAT PRESCIPTIONS?
Repeat prescriptions may be ordered either by bringing or sending in the right hand half of your prescription to the surgery.
We ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice for both repeat prescriptions and for dispensing medication. The doctor may not be available to sign your prescription, or we may not carry your medication as a stock item. Patients who live more than one mile from a chemist may have their prescriptions dispensed at their usual surgery.

REGISTER WITH THE PRACTICE?
If you live within our practice area, and would like to register with us, please complete one of our registration forms that are available from reception.
Although you will register with the practice you can still ask to see the doctor of your choice. Obviously it will not always be possible to see that particular doctor because of training or holidays.
The reception staff will be pleased to help you and to answer any questions you may have about the services available within the practice.
We also provide medical services for temporary residents within the area or patients requiring immediate attention. Once again the reception staff will be pleased to help you.
When you join the practice you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and will be offered a consultation for a new patient health check.
